1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Shivjwellers48@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.
3. Refunds
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchange Process
You may exchange your item for another product of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- Shiv Jewellers is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
